Austin Notary Services provides mobile notary services to hospitals and assisted living
communities in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.

I have experience performing notarizations for people with various types of physical limitations.

Please make sure that the person whose signature needs to be notarized has proper identification.

Examples of acceptable forms of identification include:

  • Colorado driver's license or official nondriver's ID
  • Driver's license or official nondriver's ID issued by another state
  • U.S. or foreign passport
  • U.S. military ID
  • Permanent resident ID, or 'green card' issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
    Services (USCS)

Unacceptable forms of identification include:

  • Social Security cards
  • credit cards
  • temporary driver's licenses
  • driver's licenses without photographs
  • birth certificates

(Colorado law specifies that an ID card must be current, issued by a state or federal government, and
contain a photograph and signature. [CRS 12-55-110])
