Mobile Notary services to the general public. All notary services are provided as mobile notary services. I will
come to you for any type of notarization. (Additional travel fees, apart from the fee for each notarization, will be
applied.)
- Mobile notary service includes notarization of loan documents for situations in which the lender has sent
the documents to you, and instructs you to find a Notary. The requirements for these types of signings
are very specific, and you want to trust this responsibility to a qualified Certified Notary Signing Agent
who has knowledge of loan documents, how they are to be executed, and has experience working with
many different lenders and title companies from across the country. See also: Closing Services
- Copy Certifications. Notarized copies of your valuable documents, such as Power of Attorney, licenses
and permits, contracts, financial statements, passports, and other documents for backup of originals. If
you lose the original, or have to surrender it temporarily for any reason, it's good to have a notarized copy
of these types of documents.
- When requesting a certified copy, you must present a signed written request. The request must
state that a certified copy or facsimile of the document cannot be obtained from the office of any
clerk and recorder of public documents, or custodian of documents in this state, and that
producing a copy does not violate any state or federal law.
- Copies of documents that I cannot certify include:
- Birth Certificates
- Death Certificates
- Marriage Certificates
- Proof of age/lawful presence in order to obtain a Colorado driver's license.
- The proof must be the original document, an amended original document or a true
copy certified by the issuing agency. Notary seals, notary stamps, photocopies,
miniatures or wallet-size copies are not acceptable.

apply, you may line through the space in ink, or write 'N/A' or 'Not Applicable'.
Other types of documents that I cannot notarize:

- U.S. or foreign passport
- Permanent resident ID, or "green card"
(In some cases, for example real estate transactions, you may be asked to provide 2 forms of
identification.)

- Acknowledgements
- Oaths and Affirmations
- Certified Copies
- The maximum fee for each electronic notarization is $10.00.
Travel fees: The fees that I charge for travel to the signer shall be agreed upon beforehand.

fee at all. I exercise this option for adoptions and various charitable services.
